  • We do our best to give you a full cost outlook for design services, but additional costs may be incurred through additional fees for meetings, excessive revisions, major changes, etc. Additional fees for extra meetings outside the original contract will be reported to the Client prior to the fees being incurred.

  • We do understand you may want to make some selections on your own, but you need to be aware of potential design repercussions. You have hired us to design and complete a vision for your space and we will try our best to make it beautiful, functional, and within budget. Before purchasing items please consult with us so we can coordinate selections. Additional designer hours to rework the design may result in additional designer fees and might impact the rest of your project. That said, if you fall in love with something other than what we have provided we can find a way to work it into the design.

  • All products sold are considered final sale(s) and will not be eligible for a return. Please e-mail alexisbeyondtheframe@gmail.com if you have issues with your order. Refunds can be provided if the product arrives to the final customer damaged, defaced or defective. Should you receive a product that is damaged, defaced or defective you must contact Beyond the Frame, LLC within 48 hours to receive a refund. You may be asked to provide proof and may be asked to return to the product(s) at no cost to you in order to receive a refund.

  • An order can be canceled if the product has not been sent out for shipping. Once the product is with the transit company you cannot cancel the order.

  • If your product shows up damaged, defaced, or defective please notify Beyond the Frame, LLC within the first 48 hours of receiving the product. Please include pictures, a description of the damage, and your order number. Further information will be provided upon request.

  • International sales are not accepted.
